Fr. Bruce and Pastor Julie are seeking to journey from the garden to the cross together as we study an Introduction to Christian Environmentalism by Kathryn D. Blanchard and Kevin J. O Brien. This very approachable book will help us explore seven major of virtues of Christianity and the care of Creation.
Fr. Bruce and Pastor Julie will connect you each week with a chapter from this book and our lenten lectionary text as we journey to the cross. May we see in creation the cycle of death and life, and a renewed sense of the hope of the resurrection.
Outcomes:
This study will give us a refresher on the Care of Creation and the Virtues of Christ.
This study will prepare us for our May 2nd Event and May 3rd day of planting commissioned by Bishop DeDe.
